Hospitable Staff. Reliable Accommodations.
I stayed or a week in June 2020 for work with a large group & the hotel staff were very hospitable. The water pressure & temp were great considering most of us got up around the same time. The bed was comfortable & the room was larger than I expected with a large mini fridge, microwave & plenty of drawers. The staff had oil diffusers running in the lobby & made accommodations to take special care during COVID19. They even tolerated our corporate group having meetings in their lobby.

Everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave is a 5 star, immediately upon checking in, the staff was excellent and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are large and spacious, great views of Smokey mountains, perfect for what you need while you travel. The bed was so, so comfortable and we loved other facilities as well in the room. The breakfast is good as well, many variety options to choose from. The hotel smells good & location is wonderful with views. We would defiantly come back.
All in all, a wonderful experience! Highly recommended.

Great place, nice view, welcoming staff
From the time i checked in all the staff was friendly in this family owned hotel. The room was clean and orderly. Being that I am not familiar with the area and it is fairly remote the manager was able to point me towards the local businesses easily. My stay was so that I could ride to the Tail of the Dragon a short distance away and enjoy that windy road through the mountains as I was going through Tennessee. They were very accomodating to whatever I needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Vista Hotel and Suites. The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Very close to Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Lost Sea, Telico Plains, Telico Village. We will stay here again !! 

Relaxing stay off the beaten path here in the mountains
This hotel was wonderful. It was so clean and the staff were so friendly. My room was nice and cozy. It had everything I needed for my stay. Bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the shower was hot. Even the tv had more channels than I ever expected so that was a nice added bonus. Morning breakfast was hot and fresh. They even had a waffle maker! I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you need one in this area. Quiet and tucked away from the main roads.

The staff were super friendly and offered to bring me whatever I might need. The hotel is very secluded and quiet and the view is breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee fantastic. The room had everything I needed including a desk to do my work, wifi, a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. Super comfortable beds and linens. I will be back for another visit with my sisterhood group. Love this place!!
